We believe in the power of collaboration, as a team and a community, to create a safe and sustainable future for every Jewish Capetonian. Our full-time staff and volunteers approach work with love, purpose, and precision; and will go to any lengths to enhance the lives of those we serve.

We are the only organisation in South Africa who offer the Jewish community safety and comprehensive emergency medical support, as well as development and training.

CSO LifeLink is a wearable device that connects you or your loved one directly to the CSO Cape Town Control Room in a medical emergency. With one press of a button, or if a fall is detected, the CSO Control Room will contact you, locate you, and coordinate the right medical response as quickly as possible. Whether it’s for you, your parent, or someone you love, CSO LifeLink is here for you, 24/7.
